y name is Janne. It's Swedish and pronounced Yawney. I`m 43 years old and I live in the town Umeĺ in Sweden. I got early a passionate heart for art and started to paint in oil at 15. My first exhibit was in 1984 when I was 18 years old and I sold most of what I made. When I was 19 I started at an art school in which I learned more about photography, art history and painting.
I didn't think I would be able to live on my art alone therefore I educated myself to a teacher who teach children from grade one up to grade seven. I thaught the kids basically Swedish, History and Art. I didn't enjoy teaching so small kids, but rather wanted to teach a little older people in my special interest art. Because of that wish I worked for 3 years as an art teacher for adults.
I am also very interested in computers and took my masters degree in computer science 2004. Unfortunately it was hard for me to find a job in that field, so I took a job at a cheap price store called ÖoB as a clerk. I'm still working there, but haven't given up my dream of getting a computer job and painting in my spare time.
